Do you cover my property?
We cover Birmingham and these metro cities: Bessemer, Hoover, Homewood, Mountain Brook, Vestavia Hills, Irondale, Trussville, Gardendale, Pelham, Helena, Alabaster, and Calera. Send the address and we will check coverage the same business day.
How fast do you respond and schedule the work?
We reply the same business day. Inspections are generally scheduled within the week. Confirmed turnovers are generally dispatched within 48 hours.
What does the work cost?
Inspections are currently $165–$385, depending on property size. Turnovers and maintenance are quoted by scope before work starts. There is no recurring fee unless you choose the recurring plan.
How does this work if I own the property from out of state?
Send the property address and a short brief. You receive written and photo documentation plus one PDF/punch list. You can manage the engagement remotely.
What is included in the recurring maintenance plan?
The plan includes quarterly exterior walks and a written punch list, HVAC filter swaps, gutter sweeps, severe-weather pre/post checks, and minor repairs as separately priced line items. We scope the plan per property and quote it after your inquiry.
